Our mission
To help autistic young people, and young adults with learning disabilities, develop life, work and entrepreneurial skills. To help those in rural, and semi-rural communities, grow in confidence through creative practices in a working learning environment.

Our Services
Monday, Tuesday - Thursday & Friday from 10am until 3pm: 50 weeks per year
*Employability Skills & Creative Enterprise training for young adults with a learning disability/neurodiverse adults aged 18+.
*Support to create their own micro-businesses

Elevate provides creative training that develops life skills, work skills, and agency for young adults who may have experienced barriers to work and learning in the past.
Our programme offers our trainees the opportunity to participate in the development and creation of products whilst building confidence, employability, and collaborative skills.
